6. Add in the scotch bonnet pepper.
7. Stir well.
8. Add in the butter and mix to combine.
9. Boil some sausage and drain.
10. Oil you palm and Scoop some yam mixture and flatten it.
11. Drop in the sausage in the middle.

15. Then into breadcrumbs and fry.
