- Fry till golden brown set a side.........in a pot......fry onion and garlic then add your tomatoes......add a little salt and spices of you may need.......stir.....let it cook well.........till tomatoes are soft.
- Now add the coated eggs that you had set a side......stir......now garnish with coriander........and serve.......I like mine with rice.,......
