1. {Prepare of Boneless chicken cut in bite sized pieces it was a little more than 500 gm.

1. Mix all of the above well and keep aside for 20 mins.
2. Meanwhile keep your deep frying pan or wok ready on low flame with oil to fry.
3. Mix 1/2 cup maida with 3/4th cup bread crumbs. I made it using fresh bread. Toasted it a little and gave it a quick churn in a chopper with quick stop and start pulse...got nice thick crumbs.
4. Little salt (there is salt in the chicken marinate so adjust accordingly).
5. Mix it up well.
6. After 20 mins coat all the chicken pieces in this mix well and deep fry on medium flame till you get a nice brown colour.
7. These pieces are quick to cook..soft and juicy coz of the egg coating and get a nice crisp coating too from the bread crumb mixture.and fried it..
